Visiting Friuli means filling your phone memory with shots of bridges, landscapes, beaches, hills and mountains. Visiting Friuli means encountering Ribolla, a wine that has been known in these parts for 300 years. A grape variety that has been able to evolve, adapting to the wishes of those who cultivate it: sparkling, still, macerated, sweet. We vinify it in steel, soft pressing and batonnage to extract structure from a grape that gives its best in acidity and flavour.
