Descrizione
El Aziz from the Arabic ‘The Magnificent’ is the result of a late harvest of Grillo. It is harvested strictly by hand, in the first ten days of October, leaving the fruit to dry on the vine. This wine was born by chance during the 2003 harvest in Sicily, thanks to a very hot summer that allowed the grapes to ripen early.
